Video: So THAT's why the power goes out every time I kiss my husband!
We've already destroyed Portland, ME. Now we gay folk are on our way to causing a total "infrastructure collapse" in America.

What a despicable Human being - if there is such a thing as a culture war, then surely by all rhyme & reason that man is a culture war criminal for his actions in Uganda alone.
I'm sorry I could not even watch the video posted, but he's too saddening/maddening to laugh at right now.

Wow! Our infrastructure is going to collapse?? THAT'S ALREADY HAPPENING!! Only when it DOES happen, nut cases like Lively are going to claim they were right!
Last month on cable TV (History channel, I think), there was a documentary about the rotten shape our roads, dams, power grid and sewer system are in. Scott must have watched that and thought "Ooo! A new scare tactic for me!"

Did he just say that he is hoping (praying) for more terrorist attacks on US soil? He seemed to be reveling in the aftermath of 911, and now is saying that it will happen again. People like him are extremely dangerous. The unhinged wackos that listen to him and others like him, are exactly the same wackos that perpetrated the attacks on 911. And, this terrorist sympathizer (trainer? supporter? instigator?) is egging them on.

On a totally different note than others, doesn't it feel great to type the word "husband" in a heading and know that it actually applies? It's been nine months since my husband and I married and it still feels strange to call him my husband! Sorry for the diversion, but seeing it in print made me smile...

Scott Lively is seriously creepy. He looks and sounds like a serial killer wannabe - all for the glory of god, of course.
The guy makes Peter LaBarbera seem almost rational and sane, and that is quite an accomplishment.

@ John S: "Life After People," right? I love that show. It does look like Lively does, too.
@ Ken: Four and a half years later, I still love saying "my wife"!
And Jeremy, I thought this guy was supposed to be going away? Retiring from his many years of service on the front lines in the culture wars and all that? *sighs* I really wish it could've lasted for a second.
At least now I know why the bus was late. Guess my wife and I shouldn't have leaned in so close to each other to read texts while we waited.
