Brian, Maggie (and who knows how many others) believe their own press

by Jeremy Hooper

Still not convinced that Monica Hesse's new article on NOM's Brian Brown is more of a love letter than an objective assessment? Well here, look at what the NOMmers themselves have to say about it. We didn't think anything short of denying equality to millions could make Brian and Maggie so happy:

Monica Hesse bought NOM's snake oil, hook, line, and sunken liberty. The organization's whole anti-'mo M.O. is to redress this "culture war" so that they are seen as nothing more than nice traditionalists who want what's best for children and families. And rather than look even somewhat behind that mask (or talk to those of us who do), Ms. Hesse chose to hand this organization a big, fluffy gift in a very non-transparent box!

Annoying.

Your thoughts

Well this wont make them happy. They have been ordered before the Maine Ethics Commission!!!! See. http://tinyurl.com/lxbk9e... Louise's blog about it.

I love how they rail against "biased, unprofessional reporting" in the Des Moines Register piece in the very same newsletter they glory in the Washington Post piece of journalistic crap puff piece by Monica Hesse. And all without the slightest hint of irony!
