Video: Bargain basement Barack bashing

by Jeremy Hooper

You know Peter and Matt are serious when they call President Obama "radically [fill in the blank]," because they italicized that particular word on their hastily hung banner:

It seriously looks like the sort of meeting where the speaker will have to stop at any minute to scream, "Hey ma, do the laundry later -- we're tryin' to have a meetin' here!" And we mean that in the most dismissive way possible.

Matt Barber Assails President Obama's Gay Agenda at AFTAH Press Conference [YT]

**And yes, that is Oklahoma Rep. Sally Kern sitting behind Matt.

Your thoughts

That's the trailer for the DVD that they are hocking? I was about to hit the stop button, but that last five seconds where the, "if you want to see the entirety of this steamin' pile of press-conference, please send us $20." I didn't realize that it was a comedy.

Flag the video as hate speech! People have a right to say what they want as the first amendment provides. They do not have a right to a venue for that speech (youtube). Send a message to Peter, flag it as what it is....a call to arms to exterminate the "radical extremist" gay folks.

LaBarbera and his coherts are welcome to come spend a day with me and see my life. I am betting they will not consider me or anyone like me extremist again.

I stopped at 2:20. I can't watch this mindless crap.

If Obama has signed on to the homesexual agenda, why hasn't DOMA been repealed? Why hasn't DADT been repealed? Why hasn't Obama bothered to even issue a moratorium on discharges of gay and lesbian soldiers? Yeah, the problems with our economy and health care system are higher priority. But how much effort would it take to halt the discharges?

You have a heterosexual man who likes to go undercover, report on the seedier parts of gay culture and then creates the website "Americans for TRUTH about Homosexuality."

You have a woman who claims the most urgent issue facing America is homosexuality, even more so than terrorism.

This is light years beyond pathetic.

Stream after stream of talking points. So enlightening.

They're still flogging that Allstate guy lie for all it's worth. And why do they always think everyone wants to check out their goods in the showers?

The only worthwhile part of this video is in the very beginning. it was very satisfying to hear about Matt Barber being fired

It is interesting that they would consider the limited benefits President Obama extended to unmarried partners as violating the spirit of DOMA.

It is clear that these people have an agenda that goes far beyond keeping marriage a sacred union between a man and woman to ensuring that same sex couples are not afforded even the minimal benefits and respectability of same sex couples.

As for DADT, that fat SOB clearly never served in the military, he's far too heavy, and has no business expressing any opinion on DADT and military readiness.

The banner is misleading. Obama is not very pro lgbt.

This is why I can't stand Obama's spinelessness, you suck up to these pricks, you invite that bigot to appear at your inauguration, you keep gay people second class citizens and what do you get for it? JACK SHIT. Your 'radically pro-homosexual' because your still not a GOP stooge. I bet he also thinks he can 'compromise' on healthcare, so I hope you all enjoy your shitty reform made up entirely of 'compromises' where the Right doesnt give up a goddamn thing.
