Video: Demeaning 'the demon'
This comes from yesterday's DC Council hearing, as captured by Metro Weekly:

Although we do want to thank, Ms. Copeland. We weren't sure what to be for Halloween -- she reminded us that we already exist in the costumes of demons. So yea -- that will save us both time and money. Excellent!
