**UPDATED: Welcome back, IFI!

by Jeremy Hooper

Attention "pro-family" monitors: Less than a year after the Illinois Family Institute was removed from the Southern Poverty Law Center's anti-gay "hate groups" list, the Carol Stream's based organization has made an unceremonious return to the dubious roster:

Active Anti-Gay Groups [SPLC]

See, Laurie Higgins: We told you that negligent Nazi comparisons would keep your group from having nice things.

**UPDATE, 2/9: Well that was quick! The list has been updated, and IFI has again been removed.

*Why should the national political scene care where IFI is on the list or not? Well...

Prob. not the best paycheck Mike could've collected.

Your thoughts

Is twelve anti-gay hate-groups an new high? Or had it dropped to eleven when IFI was temporarily (and undeservedly) removed?
