Audio: A wallflower John is not

by Jeremy Hooper

John Aravosis Is On the Attack Against HRC + the DNC. Is It Working [Queerty]

Some will disagree strongly with John, and some will agree just as strongly. And that support will likely shift on a point-by-point basis. This is not a situation with definitive rights and wrongs. The march forward is an imperfect and largely untrodden path.

But the fact that John is talking about these issues is a good thing. It gives everyone (including HRC) a chance to think about these matters more fully, and to shape their push back. If he pisses you off on some things, then excellent -- stand up and defend. If he inspires you on other points, then excellent -- stand up and help him get his word out. But don't criticize the engagement if you yourself are sitting on your hands and/or locking up your lips. One thing we can hopefully all agree on is that the time for apathy is long gone!

Your thoughts

Someone should be stirring up the broth, but we all know the reason Joe S isn't, it is called a good six figure income in a recession.
