Who's leaving the unprincipled inequality fight? Maggie, four/one

Yesterday we told you that Maggie Gallagher is scheduled to speak tonight at Southern Evangelical Seminary on the topic of -- what else -- "saving marriage" from teh gays. But in a startling turn of events, Gallagher has actually 201004010725-1dropped out of the event! Why, you ask? Well, because she is apparently leaving the National Organization For Marriage, seemingly because she has realized that hurting same-sex headed families is actually not the best way to spend one's adulthood!
