(**A village with lots and lots of closets)

Yesterday, we heard Secretary Clinton give a rousing speech that was all about gay rights equaling human rights. But in August, a group of students will gather at a Los Angeles airport Marriott to hear Jennifer Roback Morse and her Ruth Institute (an official NOM affiliate) flip Hillary's popular book title for the purposes of equating equality with societal destruction:

When, exactly, did we start needing "marriage champions"? What about raising the next generation to understand love? Commitment? Open bars? Dedication? Teamwork? Starving Yourself for the wedding then gorging on the honeymoon? Romance? Shared Goals? Compassion? All of the truly lovely things that constitute a marriage? When did it all become so damn clinical?

This sterile marriage seminar might be at the hotel and not the nearby airport. But not gonna lie: It really seem to be the Ruth Institute folks who need to check their marital baggage.
