Carolina in NOM's mind; high attendance hopes remain there as well
Mainstream media puts it at 25 vs 100:
The National Organization for Marriage stopped in Raleigh as part of a bus tour up and down the East Coast to campaign against gay marriage. About 25 people were in the group, wearing T-shirts that said "Don't mess with marriage."
Meanwhile, about 100 counter-protesters, spurred by multiple postings on Facebook, gathered across the street. They carried signs that said "I am not a second class citizen" and "Love is love."

NOM Tour Tracker puts the figure at 61 vs. 255:
After wading through 255 equality activists and 61 NOM supporters, I arrived at the from of the “One Man, One Woman” rally in Raleigh just in time to hear Brian Brown describe my interview with Dr. Alveda King as a “meltdown.”

Either way: Today in Raleigh, our side seems to have turned out 4x as many peeps as NOM, once again upstaging them at their very own tour.
