Nothing's new under the shun
-"Judicial activism"?
-Non-discrimination laws spun into a "denial of freedom of choice to all employers"?
-Claims about how the "zeal to undergird the rights of one group...trample[s] on the rights of another"?
-A right that's painted as a slippery slope?
-An attempt to seize Christian opinion on a particular issue, with the accompanying suggestion that too much of the flock is "being taken in by slogans and catchphrases without stopping to analyze their true meaning"?
All of there claims are extremely familiar to pro-equality activists -- of 1959:
