Audio: Yea, Tom? And seated-judge-as-political-pundit *is* a role the Framers envisioned?

You know what we consider to be an activist judicial act? When a partisan-elected judge from a whole other state (Alabama) goes on Iowa radio to chastise the unanimous panel of local Supreme Court justices who ruled in favor of marriage equality, as well to persuade voters to send partisan "shockwaves across the nation" through a non-retention voted based on little-to-nothing more than unwarranted, unprovoked, largely GOP-led, largely faith-based hostility towards gay people's Tom-Parkercivil rights.
