While an undergrad at Penn State, New Hampshire's Republican nominee for U.S. Senate, Kelly Ayotte, did the right thing in standing up against uncivil treatment:

It's just too bad that the candidate refuses to do the same when it comes to the loving same-sex couples who've been benignly marrying in her state for the past ten months:
