Marriage of church bulletin and state: Rhode Island edition

Not surprising that it's happening in Rhode Island, since it happens in every state where marriage goes before the legislature or the local public. But still interesting/frustrating/eye-opening to see the way the Catholic church organizes and utilizes the weekly bulletin system in order to lobby against our *CIVIL* rights:
