Perkins uses his missionary position to knock 'unhealthy and destructive' millions

by Jeremy Hooper

Screen Shot 2011-01-26 At 8.28.17 AmTony Perkins:

"Tonight President Obama recognized the important role of parents in the educational achievement of their children. President Obama himself has set an example as a father and husband. However, the agenda he has pursued and articulated tonight does not strengthen the kind of family children need: one with a Mom and Dad."
...
"Unfortunately, many of the Administration's policies have undermined strong families by affirming sexual behavior that is unhealthy and destructive to individuals, families, the military, and society."
President Obama's State of the Union Address Leaves the Family Behind [FRC]

So basically: The state of our union will be strong once it looks exactly like Tony Perkins' limited parameters of acceptability want it look. The state of our union will be exemplary once it protects only those taxpayers who'd be likely to donate to FRC. The state of our union will be fair, free, and safe only in the event we "change," criminalize, export, or some other way rid the nation of its "unhealthy and destructive" threats.

Yea Tony, I know I certainly feel a threat attached to my affirmed gay orientation. If only you could see/admit which of us is really throwing the bombs.
