CO-existence: State senator introduces civil unions bill

by Jeremy Hooper

Images-7While we all await the perfect, another state body pushes ahead with a good:

CIVIL UNION BILL INTRODUCED IN COLORADO [Towle]

The mountaintop is obviously marriage. But while we endure the hike, the important thing is to protect as many families as feasible. So good on Senator Pat Steadman and co-sponsors for putting a rake to the Rocky path.

And in Focus on the Family's backyard, no less. With all the anti-gayness that particular crew's injected into CO's thin air, any counterforce packs an extra karmic wallop.
