One prez hopeful who won't be rooting for 'The Kids Are All Right'

by Jeremy Hooper

Remember when Mike Huckabee compared gays' kids to puppies? Yea, well -- he's now downgraded gay families to "our little guinea pigs" status:

Huckabee-guinea"I believe that we're in denial about potential problems as we see more and more homosexual couples raising families. Essentially, these are experiments to see how well children will fare in such same-sex households. It will be years before we know whether or not our little guinea pigs turn out to be good at marriage and parenthood."

But at least he did stop short of putting us in a cage for study. Which is good, because those water bottles make it sooooo hard to get a drink. Those cedar chips so itchy. And don't get even me started on that damn wheel!

Huck went on to speak out against both marriage equality and open military service. Though he did agree that under his presidency, "Modern Family" could still stay on the air (*at 3AM, on Sundays, on the CW, only in Guam)
