Protect Marriage MD: The 'MD' stands for 'minus droids'

by Jeremy Hooper

You might remember Robert Broadus from his NOM-loving work at "Protect Marriage MD," where he makes maps tracking which states are most enraging God at this particular moment:

Or you might have seen his past candidacy promoted by folks like NOM's Jennifer Roback Morse:

But if you really want the goods, then crank up your audio and watch the following clip from Tuesday's Maryland marriage hearing. For that's when Mr. Broadus invoked the spirit on "Star Trek: TNG" and specifically the character of Data, suggesting that same-sex marriage may some day lead to -- wait for it, wait for it -- Android marriage. Yes, Android marriage. Enjoy:

Actually, Mr. Broadus: It's already here. In fact, I'm in one. A mixed one, actually. Yes, it's true: My husband goes to bed next to an Android, I an iPhone 4.

In other news: Please, please, please, please, please NOM: Keep promoting this stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!
