C.U, Delaware Senate -- onto House
Delaware legislators one step closer to passing a bill that itself will someday need to go one step more:
DOVER, Del. (AP) — The state Senate has approved a bill offering legal recognition to same-sex couples in Delaware. The bill allowing same-sex civil unions passed the Senate on a 13-to-6 vote Thursday and now goes to the House.
