National Org. For Marriage's Ruth Institute now pushing "gay=incest" comparisons
The National Organization For Marriage's Ruth Institute has announced that Professor Robert Gagnon will be among the "esteemed group of experts" at the organization's third Annual, "It Takes a Family" (ITAF) Student Conference. And when Mr. Gagnon makes this appearance, this is the kind of chatter folks can expect to hear:
"I use the incest analog and the issue of polyamory..those are really the
closest analogies because they are actually related to the reasons why
we find homosexuals practice to be problematic."

Charming, no? Couple that with the "ex-gay" push we've already seen this morning, or perhaps the eye opening comments that Ruth president Jennifer Roback Morse's radio cohost, Charles Limandri, has contributed to the public record, and what you're left with is one increasingly fringe Ruth Institute. One increasingly heavy albatross for Ruth's parent organization.
