It wasn't just Manhattan: How NOM's crowd fought 'legalized perversion' in Albany

by Jeremy Hooper

This is YNN's lead quote, from an attendee at the National Organization For Marriage's "let the people vote" rally in Albany:

"They have to teach now that this is normal and acceptable," said [Annemarie Thimons, a NOM protester]. "I don't want my kids exposed to that. Why is perversion legalized? It shouldn't be legalized."

But yeah, you should probably just go ahead and believe NOM when they say they're simply engendering the "protection" of "traditional marriage." Mmm hmm. Sure.
