When Uncle $am meets Anti Equality

Screen Shot 2011-08-19 At 4.54.27 PmIt's always shocking to remember that many of the groups advocating against our lives and loves (sometimes viciously so) actually manage to secure government funding for their work in other (and sometimes even related) areas. Go check out Andy Birkey's detailed report on the "nearly $6 million in state and federal funds over the last five years" that's gone to groups whose names and agendas you will know -- cash that comes their way even as their conservative parents decry government spending:
