'I am not overstating,' says man who proceeds to totally and utterly overstate

Not overstating? Well okay, Brian -- if you prefer the terms "embellishing," "exaggerating," or "fear-mongeringly hyperbolizing," then that's your prerogative.

Though honestly, it's not Brian's overstating that concerns me so much -- It's his overchurching that does!
