NOM "marries" early-to-bed habits with right-to-wed condemnations

by Jeremy Hooper

NOM continues its ongoing tried towards the far fringe, this time by knocking a recent TV wedding as little more than a stunt that "trivializes" marriage. Oh, and of course the NOM writer puts the word "marries" in the far-right favored fear quotes, even though the wedding is legally binding, not some sort of allegation:

Riiiiiight, NOM. Here in a world of 72-day TV weddings, I'm really sure America's gonna buy into your personally-held viewing habits. Sure.

No word if NOM also regards the "Today" show's morning TV, planned-by-America weddings in Rockefeller Plaza as trivializations, or if that event's reliable blend of heterosexuality, coffee, and donuts provides a safe, early bird buffer.
