'Of course not' a homophobe, self-declares person who once called homosexuality 'part of Satan, I think'

by Jeremy Hooper

Michele Bachmann is an "ex-gay" advocate who once said that homosexuality is " part of Satan, I think." She also once likened the same-sex marriage "attack" to the Pearl Harbor tragedy. Oh, and she's said homsoexuality is "sexual anarchy.

But she's not against gays. "Of course not," she says, before going on to tell us why same-sex couples don't deserve any civil recognition:

"Homophobe"? Well personally, I don't need a label. I never use this word because it always gives people an easy out (e.g. "I'm not a homophobe, I'm not scared of gay people")

No, no -- all I need is the record. It's clear enough for an eight-year-old to understand.
