What will go down at Paul Pressler's weekend powwow?

As I and many others have already told you, a coalition of social conservatives will convene this weekend at the Texas ranch of longtime Southern Baptist politico Paul Pressler for the purposes of coalescing behind one of the "not Romney" candidates. So now, for some insight into what a wall-fly might hear at this year's convening, go back and look at this 1999 column from Cal Thomas, wherein the conservative writer summarizes what went down among Pressler and his fellow conservatives at the 2000 edition, as they paved the road to a Bush presidency.

Pay particular attention to what former President Bush apparently told the attendees about not "knowingly" appointing a gay ambassador or department head, and how that still wasn't good enough for Pressler and Co.:
