Appealing what we should be repealing: Republicans fight to keep only Clinton era policy they ever liked

Shocker:

Boehner, House GOP appeal ruling that struck down DOMA [Towle]

Interestingly, the case now goes to the same 9th Circuit that the far-right, particularly since the recent Prop 8 ruling, love to decry as "liberal" and "activist." Terms that, when equality opponents use them, largely mean "fact-based" and "right." So here's hoping.
