WV 'family' guy: Gay kids attempt suicide because of 'homosexual agenda'

Yeah? That's where the buck stops, Mr. McCoy: with those trying to make life easier for LGBT kids? Really? That's what you're going with here? Hmm.
Ya know, I think many of these "culture war" debates still have plenty of mileage left in them. But when it comes to why certain kinds of historically targeted kids suffer more intense growing pains than others, I'm actually pretty confident in the American people's ability to pinpoint the real problem. So if these "protect the family/protect marriage" types want to go down this startlingly insensitive road, then I'm willing to let them, as far as the debate goes. Words like the above only make our long overdue case for strengthening protections around our nation's most vulnerable students!
