Pageant won't miss universe's full female span

GLAAD, MISS UNIVERSE ANNOUNCE POLICY CHANGE TO ALLOW TRANSGENDER WOMEN [GLAAD]

So check that off the list. Next stop, federal nondiscrimination protections?
