Yup, that's why we wanted open service—because our old toys got boring

by Jeremy Hooper

Are you a Democrat? American? Fan of freedom and the defense sometimes demanded of it by the cold reality that is war?

If you answered all to those questions, then here, let retired Air Force Colonel Bill Spencer, in his capacity speaking to/for Focus on the Family on the subject of gay inclusion in the military, tell you how you see the collection of left-manipulatable toy soldiers that make up the American armed forces:

"Frankly, I don't think the left cares that much about the military, which to their political leaders has always represented low-hanging fruit—easy pickings for social experimentation." [SOURCE]

Dammit, who gave Mr. Spencer a copy of the noted leftist pamphlet, "The Army As Plaything"? I thought we all knew that it's to be safely tucked away, right behind "Universal Healthcare Cures Boredom" and "Undocumented Workers Make Better Seesaw Partners." Someone slipped up!

But oh well, whatever. The far-right has so fully overplayed its hand in terms of telling people who and what we equality activists supposedly are, maybe people will just think it's another one of those times. Stay on message, everyone!
