Blitzin' the truth with FRC

by Jeremy Hooper

The Family Research Council is continuing the pretense of being outraged—OUTRAGED!—by President Obama's support for marriage equality while, in actuality, using that announcement as a key fundraiser:

President Barack Obama's declaration that he will fight for legalized same-sex "marriage" has ignited a new round of Married attacks on your faith, your family, and your religious freedoms.

That's one reason Family Research Council (FRC) - the most influential social conservative "think thank" in Washington, D.C., founded in 1983 - has launched their $100,000 TRUTH BLITZ.

Family Research Council is asking like-minded Americans - those who believe that Christian values and religious freedom are the foundation for a free, healthy America - to join their $100,000 TRUTH BLITZ and help raise $100,000 by midnight, May 31.

The funds will be used to sustain FRC's efforts to counter the deception and twisted "facts" being used by Washington-Hollywood liberals (including President Obama) against your values.

"Truth Blitz" [FRC]

Ooh, they put facts in scare quotes. That'll show us!

We'll have to wait to see all of the new and exciting ways FRC plans to use the money to stick it to us and our rights. Although I do feel a need to warn them: It's going to take a lot more than $100k to stop all of the world's clocks from advancing forward.
