Key Amendment One pastor Ron Baity: 'We've become so dumb' that we no longer prosecute gays

Sure, they've waged the most nakedly hostile campaign in recent memories in order to pass a discriminatory marriage ban. But Amendment One allies surely don't want gays re-criminalized. Right? RIGHT?!

Another one from prominent Amendment One preacher, outreach voice, rally organizer, billboard installer, and Return America head Ron Baity, preaching in favor of the North Carolina marriage amendment during this morning's church service:
