Book update: Maggie Gallagher determined to keep me a second-class Amazonian

by Jeremy Hooper

A week since official release (ignore the May 29 date; the book came out June 5) and I continue to nip at the heels of NOM founder Maggie Gallagher and G-A-Y friend John Corvino on the Amazon hot G&L releases chart:

I remain astounded that this Maggie and me dance is even happening after all these years. I had no clue Maggie and John's book was slated for a same-week release. What are the odds?

Of course I'm a little scared about earning the number one spot. Can only imaging the "activist book buyer" claims that Maggie would attach to my progressive footing!

**ALSO, for those who keep asking: The book should be available on Kindle *any day* now. is available on Kindle now.
