NOM gives $7,000 to Wendy Long race

by Jeremy Hooper

Interestingly, Wendy Long is challenging NOM's former buddy Bob Turner in tonight's GOP primary. Nevertheless, NOM is building on its already-announced endorsement by robocalling for Long in hopes that she will beat both Turner and George Maragos to challenge pro-equality superstar U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand in the fall:

The vote is tonight. We'll have to wait and see whether or not NOM gets its wanted return on its dollars. However, we already know that every cent they spend on discrimination is inherently wasted.
