NY Court smacks down Liberty Counsel & NYCF's frivolous marriage case

The AP reports:

ALBANY, N.Y. – A state appeals court has ruled against a challenge to New York's year-old same-sex marriage law.
The Appellate Division of state Supreme Court in Rochester ruled against gay marriage opponents who argued that state senators violated New York's open meeting rules ahead of the law's passage on June 24, 2011.
