MN For Marriage's new voice will say a lot; she must say it to our human faces, not to abstract echo chambers

by Jeremy Hooper

She says:

I will work to protect marriage from being redefined by activist judges and politicians so that we, the people of Minnesota, have a voice in preserving the bedrock of society and the foundation of the family.” – Minnesota For Marriage's new spokesperson, Autumn Leva

I say:

Screen Shot 2012-08-01 At 11.33.13 Am"After I decided to make truth my norm, I was thrilled to learn of the opportunity to live, love, and marry like my heterosexual counterparts. I will work to protect equality from being ripped to shreds by activist "culture warriors" and politicians so that we, the people of America, have a chance in preserving the fabric of society that well-financed "family" foundations have worked to tatter." —Legally married gay man and Minnesota United For Marriage's biggest champion, Jeremy Hooper

Looking forward to a spirited autumn, Autumn!
