NOM's trusted speaker lines up more nakedly pro-'ex-gay' gig

by Jeremy Hooper

When he was announced as a key speaker at the annual conference of the National Organization For Marriage's Ruth Institute, I told you 201208211713 how far beyond marriage Robert Gagnon's advocacy truly goes. Now check this out—the same guy who NOM tapped to speak at the recently-held "It Takes a Family" conference (more on that later), right alongside their own Thomas Peters and Jennifer Roback Morse, will next address an event 100% geared towards "changing" gays.

This announcement comes from the quarterly newsletter of the "ex-gay" group PFOX:

The point? It never stops at just marriage. Ya dig just a little, you find NOM's trusted voice (and head of their 501c3 arm) disconnecting gays from our "behavior." Dig just a little more, you find that her trusted "expert" is gladly telling people that gays can and should "change."

Why should any of us believe that the NOM agenda will stop at the ring finger? We can only go on what they are giving us. What the yard recruiting. What they are using to train the next generation.
