Bryan Fischer & Scott Lively seek national policy that treats gays like intravenous drug users

After spending the segment talking Uganda and its heinous proposals for LGBT people, two of the most incendiary people working in the anti-LGBT movement, Bryan Fischer and Scott Lively, propose a national policy for the United States that treats gays like alcoholics and intravenous drug users. Just another day at the coal mines for these two "traditional values" worker bees:
