Gay-'changing' wizards head to 'Oz'

Today on "The Dr. Oz Show," professional "ex-gays" from groups like NARTH and the International Healing Foundation will go on syndicated television and make their case for "curing" gay people. Video preview at link:

Representatives from GLAAD, GLSEN, and other pro-science organizations will be on hand to speak truth to dangerous propaganda. Here's hoping the obvious and demonstrable damage from the movement that seeks turn people's personal, typically faith-based choices (which most all of us respect) into scientific truth (which is not to be guided to personal whim) will be minimal, at best. But the reality is that if even one impressionable child is indoctrinated with shame or even one scared mother is confused by spin, the damage will be real.
