Maryland Marriage Alliance figure: 'God of all creation says [gays] are not born this way'

by Jeremy Hooper

On his Facebook wall, Bishop Angel Nunez makes his view perfectly clear. It's not just about denying gay people marriage but rather denying the reality of sexual orientation:

So what does such a view earn Mr. Nunez? Prominent speaking gigs with the campaign working to stop civil marriage equality in Maryland, natch:

The stakes are not just political. This year, more than ever, the opposition is fighting us on a deeply personal level, using faith as a weapon against our very existences and reasons for being.

Defend the living human person and his or her rights as an American taxpayer. Defend science. Defend our world's spectrum of normalcy. SUPPORT EQUALITY!
