Add former Focus on the Family president James Dobson to the list of social conservative commentators who think that "social issues" like marriage equality are the proper focus for an America in need of reasoned debate:

He's still got it, that Dobson! Just when you think he's done playing condemnatory games with broken hearts—BAM! Back in action before you can say "Reagan '80!"

Yet despite the obvious callousness at a time of national mourning, I also have to wonder if Mr. Dobson has totally forgotten about that "War on Christmas" that he and his pals are so boldly fighting? I mean, times a tickin' here! This holiday aint gonna politicize itself! Don't they know that plenty of retailers are using "holiday" without proper shunning? Their lack of focus is endangering rigidity-of-celebration worldwide!
