The new marriage 'victims': Notaries
Because town clerks are soooooooooooo 2011, the anti-equality activists in Maine are trying to help another kind of professional put a "morality" test on his or her job:
Rumor has it that Conley will soon propose a new law changing the full name to "notary (some of the) public."
