Another IL bishop pits personal faith against public policy

Grab your armor, Peoria area Catholics. Those pesky gays, by virtue of wanting their deserved civil rights as taxpayers to be independent from your theological condemnations, are unfairly maligning you. In fact, they are "attacking."
