Is NOM planning a 'Marriage Convention'?

At the end of last week, the National Organization For Marriage purchased a whole cache of domain names hinting that the pro-discrimination organization is planning to hold a "marriage convention":

**UPDATE: When I read this, I just accepted that it was for some sort of conference. Even though I saw the "Con Con" addy, it never occurred to me that this could be for a proposed Constitutional Convention centered around marriage.

Could NOM's stewards really be delusional enough to think they have the sway to call for a Constitutional Convention?!?
