Run like IFI's exceedingly discriminatory shelf life depend$ on it!

by Jeremy Hooper

The Illinois Family Institute is the chief organization working to stop marriage equality in the Land of Lincoln. The IFI also just so happens to be one of the most incendiary statewide policy groups work against us today, with a president who routinely calls us "depraved" and in need of "change," a lead researcher who loves to equate us with incest and polygamy, a close ally who teaches that homosexuality is Satan's plan, and public events telling Illinoisans that their gay neighbors are an offense to God. They are just above and beyond, this group.

So you'll have to forgive me if I choose to sit this one out:

[IFI's attempt to raise money so that they can demonize LGBT families even more in the coming months]

Although I do applaud the exercise. It's sure to be a good workout, especially considering the headwinds that are so obviously blowing against the IFI's anti-gay cause.
