Ruth Bader Ginsburg to marry John Roberts (*but not that one)

Screen Shot 2013-08-30 At 5.19.56 PmThis weekend, Kennedy Center President Michael Kaiser is marrying his fiancé, economist John Roberts (no relation). Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will serve as officiant:

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will become the first Supreme Court member to conduct a same-sex marriage ceremony Saturday when she officiates at the Washington wedding of Kennedy Center President Michael M. Kaiser.

Not sure how Justice Scalia will spend his weekend. Though I do hear he plans to hiss at the TV and yell for his buddies Clarence and Sam to change the channel whenever they stumble upon a Modern Family rerun.
