Senior NOM employee: 'I don't want them to 'stay being homosexual''

The National Organization For Marriage, a D.C. special interest group supposedly focused on policy and not animus, pays this individual a six figure salary:

So NOM, could you tell me again about how Justice Kennedy was supposedly wrong to think your side is motivated by personal animus? I could use a good laugh.

This came as part of a lengthy exchange (read the full thing here) in which Roback Morse followed up her commentary on the Pope by debating what, exactly, will take gay people to Hell. She also promoted her "friend" Rob Gagnon, who has said some of the most vicious things imaginable about LGBT people. She then claimed that "the Evil One" is trying to divide folks on her side:

This is what we are told we must debate in order to win our civil rights. It's beyond enraging that we have to put up with this!
