Stay vigilant.

Well this is disheartening:

Two men holding hands in New York City‘s historically gay Chelsea neighborhood were the victims of an anti-gay bias attack by up to six men Tuesday night. Both men suffered lacerations to their faces and one required stitches.

A harsh reminder. Even in pockets of the nation that show us how far we've come there are still reminders of how far we have to go.
