We're wild! We're lawless! We have parasols!

Well, you all might think I'm wild, WND editors. But you know something I wouldn't do? I wouldn't ever lift a private person's personal photo from the 2012 New York City Pride Parade and use it for the cover image of a publication that I sell for profit. That is, however, exactly what you all did with this cover photo, which you lifted from writer Claire Heyison. The image comes from Ms. Heysion's personal blog:

This usage does not fall under fair use considering (a) it is not newsworthy or even pertinent to the story, and (b) WND is using this image for profit. This usage is not an okay publication practice. Some might even call it wild.
