by Jeremy Hooper

Calling it the civil rights issue of our day, Vice President Joe Biden tossed in some supportive comments during a weekend (campaign?) speech in Iowa:

Remember when Democratic candidates for President were fumbling over themselves to think of the best way they could not support equality while still seeming supportive? Way back in that ancient year of 2008? Yeah, well—that era (/error) is over. OVER!

How will the GOP play this in '16?
