Winning team sticks to winning cause: Olson/Boies to fight VA marriage ban

With eyes clearly on the Supreme Court, Prop 8's winning odd couple has announced plans to continue the fight for full marriage equality:

WASHINGTON — Ted Olson and David Boies aren’t done fighting in court for marriage equality. On Monday morning, they will announce they are joining a lawsuit filed in July seeking to overturn Virginia’s ban on marriage between same-sex couples.

If the anti-gay orgs have any chance, then they might want to expand their points of contention. It seem that this is the legal marriage they really need to oppose.
